The incredibly beautiful nightlight my mom got me for Christmas. I finally got it out and put it in my bathroom and love it.

I liked my water drop pic from 2 days ago so much that I decided to do some experimenting today with water. Here is one of my faves from the experiment!

Sixpence None The Richer! They are back together and I went with Kristen and Erin. It was a great night!

This weekend my mom and I confirmed our reservations for our trip to Cape May this summer. She bought me this mug there this past summer and gave it to me for Christmas.

Some of my holiday decorations down and waiting to go into storage. Quite eclectic. I'm like that guy in Life of Pi ;)

When I pulled into my
apartment complex after work this morning I noticed the trees were sparkling. I
parked and looked closely and saw that water drops all over the trees had
frozen mid-drip. I hurried to my apartment and grabbed my camera and went out into
the freezing weather. It was worth the stinging hands and watering eyes. It was
truly a sight I will never forget. The snow flurries looked like glitter in the
sun and the water drops sparkling in the trees were breathtaking. Here is one
of the multiple pics I took today. It was hard to choose just one.

I was getting ready for bed and realized I hadn't taken a picture yet. There is a facebook 365 project page that gives "themes" for each day if people want to do it. When I can't think of something to do or forget, sometimes I check that for an idea for my pic. This day the theme was "shoes." So here they are. My new shoes. I got these for $7.20!!! And the best part is, I needed them, I didn't just buy them because they were so cheap. I was blessed to discover not long ago that I can wear little girls' size 4. These same shoes in women's size 6 (what I would have gotten before my discovery) were $20!
